I called Hunter Electrical Service (HES) this morning, to see if I can have someone step down my water heater quick disconnect outlet from 240v to a dedicated 120v outlet for my new tankless water heater.I didn’t know if they would have anyone available on short notice; but, they came through. David, the electrician assigned to my project, was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions (which I probably did ask one too many) and helped me select a whole home surge protector/suppressor (something I hadn’t requested but always intended to install).Pricing was reasonable and there was no pressure or aggressive up-selling.
