Not only did they install quality hardware (light switches andca sensor switch), they also ensured the cuts were minimal and neat...this will make wall repair very easy.Communication was also top-notch. I just bought a older home that required a definite power upgrade. Jason from Mr Sparky spent a week defeating and overcoming every problem a large home can throw at you. Every difficulty was unforseen and a surprise but Jason handled them all with professionalism and grace under fire. All of this was during the winter holidays. I think he even worked while sick so that the work could be completed in a timely manner. At first I was unsure about purchasing one of the work packages, but my faith has been justified time and time again during my power upgrade. I will most definitely be calling again for more work to be done on my hopefully forever home for my family. Blackbelt A/C and Electrical installed a new air conditioner in a home I had just purchased. When I moved in, I noticed the air wasn't circulating thru the home and I called the owner. Gabriel was very polite and explained about what the problem might be. We decided to have the duct work checked out. While waiting for the inspection, my a/c iced up and my hallway had water coming up thru the floor. Gabriel came out to the home and checked on the unit himself. He was extremely polite and very knowledgable and calmed my nerves down immensely. He pulled out the filter and it was filthy. He suggested I turn off the a/c and let the ice dissipate, and to try replacing the filter before running any expensive tests. He easily could have suggested any number of expensive fixes on top of replacing the filter and gouging me for hundreds or thousands of dollars. Instead he suggested I try replacing the filter and he showed me the exact type that was needed and how to put it in. He was available when I had a question and he made me feel heard and not rushed at all. Gabriel generally cares and is truly a person and a company that I would recommend without blinking an eye. In this day and age, it is almost impossible to find a person or company that you can trust, and it is nice to know that Gabriel and Blackbelt A/C and Electric are knowledgeable and beyond trustworthy. From one former military servicemember to another, thank you for your service- not only to our country, but to San Antonio, too!! It is nice to know that honesty and integrity still exist.

I had John Jones Electrical Services out to my home to install four previously-purchased exterior light fixtures. They were courteous, respectful, extremely professional, personable and friendly, and truly know their stuff. They identified some errors made in wiring and installation that had been done by a 'non-electrician' friend many years ago. They explained everything to me and discussed any issue about which I had questions. They are a local San Antonio family-owned business with deep roots in the community. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them for any future electrical service needs.
