Luis and Carlos were very professional and did a good job. They even cleaned up after themselves with this little vacuum cleaner they brought, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. They were very careful to not damage anything. They listened to my concerns and took appropriate action. They definitely care about the customer. Would definitely recommend, and will use them in the future!

Called Hunter Electric Friday afternoon. Techs were on their way home for the day & weekend. The office reached out to John A. and he agreed to stop by to look at a number of issues. He analyzed all the issues & systematically ran through each fixing them. He was professional and very courteous. So knowledgeable that he inspired confidence. There were wires fixed that had been arcing. A failed GFCI. A failed outdoor plug. A wrong breaker in the main box… And a bad three way switch in the Master Bathroom. He repaired them all the while explaining the problems and fixes for them. Very transparent. All is well now thanks to Hunter Services and John! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our company paid $246.81 for them to give an estimate ( not free). Been waiting several weeks for estimate, called 4 times, never get a call back. So WHAT did we pay for?? I’m beginning to think that we got scammed!

He was very cordial, extremely knowledgeable, very conscious of our needs and schedules, respects our home, very clean, and gave us a great insight of things that we might need to have in our system going forward. I have now used West Ward Jr., owner of The Electric Company of Texas, twice, once for an installation (see review below), and a second time for electrical repairs. After watching him work on these two jobs, I am an even bigger fan of his professionalism, expertise, and very timely response to my electrical problems. As I said in my review below, Ward is young, but he is really good at his profession, and I give him the highest marks for his work. He is now my go to electrician.I needed an electrician on short notice to replace an electric tankless hot water heater in our home. Being the day after Thanksgiving, I anticipated a low probability of finding a qualified electrician that could provide same day service. Although West, the owner, only had two reviews on Google, I liked what I read, and subsequent conversations with him indicated he was going to be the kind of business man that I like to work in my home. He is young, but don't let his age deceive you. He arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have seen enough electricians in my life to recognize excellent performance after 5 minutes of watching him work. We will certainly use him the next time I need electrical work on our home, and highly recommend him. He will not disappoint you.I
