This company fails to give you full information prior to making an appt and then acts like you the problem when your unaware of possible costs and call them about the issue. I can't say that they do bad work but the original customer service was not good. Even when the technician git here the first thing he disclosed to me was did they tell you about the cost. And he even stated that sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I don't have a problem with paying for service, my issue is at least give the courtesy of allowing the customer to be prepared

Prompt, friendly, efficient, good work & price. I found that our original ceiling mounting box was poorly installed while trying to DIY install a new fan. Leonard was able to quickly fix the mounting box with his own supplies and install the new fan.

These people are life savers OMG!!! I just had my place brought up to code by another company, and didn't realize until they left that my thermostat was still off as if without power. By the time I noticed, that electric company who worked on my new house left and was closed for the day. I was freaking out as I get cold easily, and needed heat asap to wash up and be comfortable in my new home. I figured they had to have forgotten turn something on, but I had no idea what since I'm clueless about electrical stuff and this is my very first house. Well, I started calling begging electricians to come help but all were busy except this place. However Switch Electric went further, they figured it was something simple too so they walked me over the phone to repair my problem asap rather than wait hours for a tech to come out.
