Gary the owner was good over the phone and was helpful. When the technician arrived I have asked him the pricing and he quoted me very high and then I told him that the owner said the technician would provide coupons. He said he would have to talk to his owner and didn't even call him...hahaha. The technician gave me a coupon and offered 4 hours of work for 2 tech for $399. After working for 3 hours the technician came back to me and said I wouldn't be able to work this late. I was like, I have told you and you have agreed to work on it for 4 hours before you have began and he said it's too late and I cannot work this late. I asked him why did you agree in the first place? He said he had specials for 2 hours $199 and the extra hour I have to pay $165/hour. I was pissed by it. This is a shady service. First place why do you have to agree for it if it is too late? Called the owner of the company and left a VM and he never responded back. Beware of this scam from this company.I also asked Gary if I need any materials for work and he said I do not. When the technician arrived and was working he said we would need wiring for the lights and the technician said I don't have time to wait for you to bring it. He said he has wiring and he would charge for it and at the end they didn't know how much wiring they used and they just put an approximation on the bill which is insane. If using the company ask them about the materials and tell them if they want you to use there material why was it not mentioned initially? They charged almost like $65 for wiring.. which is insane.

Fantastic and professional service. My main electric panel was arcing and they completed the panel upgrade within hours. Would highly recommend and will use them again!

Half the plugs and switches in my home stopped working last night. Main and120 Breaker boxes had no blown switches. Got Mr Matthews name from a friend from church. He came by house within 24 hrs and did an amazing job. Initially he thought it could be an issue with the breaker box that might have run over $1500, which I was expecting. After further troubleshooting he found the main issue to be a breaker in the main breaker box feeding the 120 breaker box was bad. Wound up getting repairs done for under $205. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. I am now referring to Tim Matthews as My electrician. If you are looking for an Eletrician who who can trust, Tim Matthews is your guy, he sure is mine.

My bathroom exhaust fan died on me last week and after reading various articles and watching YouTube videos I decided to go to Home Depot to buy a fan and attempt the replacement myself late on a Saturday afternoon. Bad idea; long story short Henry Electric came out to a dark house (I had shut the power off) at 9:30 to finish what I started. The job was truly more than a DIY job as it required a new stud to be installed in the attic and wire splicing, etc. I am truly thankful to Henry Electric for coming out after I had waited 2 1/2 hours for another electrician who never showed. What a lifesaver. I was able to turn the power back on and everything was 100% before he left. Will use Henry Electric again when needed.
