Great electricians, came out much faster than I expected, were responsive to my needs and fixed my outlet and installed a light fixture even though that's not what I had originally called about. The pricing was very reasonable and for fixing they outlet they weren't even going to charge me for. They took care of the light fixture and asked how I wanted the timer and sensitivity set up and made sure I kept the warranty paperwork for the light.Will definitely be using this business again

I had a power issue in my house last weekend on Saturday and I called Bolt and they were the same day there. The owner was in the job himself and he fixed my problem real quick.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Price per unit is alittle expensive but I assume that is because you never know if the job will be easy or hard so unit pricing makes more sense for business. I had two spot light fixtures changed outside where existing older spots lights were that were working. (It was suppose to cost $260 but with the Angie's list coupon, it only cost $160.)

This team installed 7 large fans, 3 pendant lights, and 2 small chandeliers ( white glove service). They were very knowledgeable and professional and I will be contacting them again as well as highly recommending them to my neighbors, friends, and family. Great job!!

This is the second time using Citywide. Both times they were on time and did amazing work. Left our home cleaner than they found it. Price was exactly what was quoted. Would give more stars if I could. They will have all my electrical business in the future.

I recently purchased a backup generator and needed an electrician to install a Generator Transfer Switch at the main power panel. I called around and finally located a company that could do the job here in San Antonio (not every company can, or will do this). That company was Firefly Electric Services. They dispatched an electrician to come out and give me an estimate on the installation. The electrician immediately noticed that the main power panel had been hit with what appeared to be a surge from a lightning strike. I confirmed that there had been a lightning strike a year or so earlier that hit the house. During his investigation it was determined that hooking up a backup generator to the current main panel may prove to be unwise, even dangerous. He advised me that the damage should be covered by my homeowners insurance. He took pictures of all the damage to the main & sub panel and wrote up his findings and recommendation for fixing the problem. I submitted his information with a claim to the insurance company and the insurance did cover the damage. Firefly came back out, installed a new main & sub power panel, new ground, new surge protectors on both panels and they also installed the generator transfer switch. (See photos) As a retired Navy vet who worked in and around electrical wiring for over twenty-years, I've got to say that the Firefly Team was one of the best, if not the best team, I have ever seen. They are totally professional, on-time, and very thorough in their work and in explaining their work. Josh, the team lead on the job, showed me all the tricks for operating my brand new, straight out of the box generator. We actually used the generator with extension cords to power my two refrigerators while the house was out of power for the 6 hours it took to finish the job. I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the finished product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Firefly Electric Services. I want to thank everyone at Firefly for a JOB VERY WELL DONE! I also want to give a special thanks to Salvitore Lombardi (Sal) the Owner/Operations Manager who was so instrumental is getting this all done. We have had many electricians come to our homes in the past to perform electrical work but never as efficient as Mr. Luis Rodriguez and Mr. Carlos Cervantes. They told us what they were going to do step by step and ask us if there were any questions. Not only did they do a great job but they also vacuumed and swept the floors when they were done. A few days ago we got hit with a bad storm, causing us to lose power in our house. Although it came back on, it did not come on in the master bedroom. A day or two later, my wife was messing with the circuit breaker to restore power to the room but instead caused power to go out in additional rooms. I called Bell Electric fully expecting a technician to come out and me having to pay, but instead I was walked through over the phone on how to fix my situation, and it worked and did not have to pay a fee! I know given this situation, in the future I will be using Bell Electric due to their honesty. I know they will not be charging me for things I do not need.

It took awhile to complete the task but they were very informative as to what was going on and why the delay. I also had an issue with the completion of the work and they came right out the next day to fix it.

Their customer service is positive and very friendly. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment with them, but I WILL use them in the near future. Very professional in how they handle services.

We had an electrical issue at our house. Carrasco Electrical quickly came and resolved all issues with our electrical. Hernan came to the house to discuss what was going to be done. He made us a priority to make sure that our house was safe from any electrical issues. He also provided us detailed photos of everything he did which was above and beyond.

5G went above and beyond in diagnosing and correcting an issue that we had with the wiring in one of our rooms. They took the time to not only fix the issue but also clean up the work done by previous companies. They were very professional and took the time to explain the repairs to us. Gave me a great price to put ceiling fans and other electrical work. Was very honest made sure that all the work he did was done perfectly,if it was not right he would make sure he got it right. I definitely would recomend switch electric and will be using them again.
