I had a faulty outlet in my kitchen that went out, along with three other outlets on the same circuit. Not an emergency but a significant inconvenience. Allgood came out within two days and fixed my bad outlet in about 30 minutes. .

This company fails to give you full information prior to making an appt and then acts like you the problem when your unaware of possible costs and call them about the issue. I can't say that they do bad work but the original customer service was not good. Even when the technician git here the first thing he disclosed to me was did they tell you about the cost. And he even stated that sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I don't have a problem with paying for service, my issue is at least give the courtesy of allowing the customer to be prepared

We were selling our house and the buyer wanted a few things done. We called Bell Electric, we told him about what the home inspector found. He reassured us they can get this done. He gave me an estimate and that next day Micheal and Andrew came over and fixed everything necessary. They explained everything to me...why they didn't need to replace certain items and why they replaced others. They were thorough, professional and all around Great! Micheal and Andrew were a great team and checked everything electrical to make sure it was good to go. They came...got the job done and the bill was so much less than we expected! Greetings,After inspection was conducted for one of the electricians, even more outlets stopped working completely leaving us without a power source in bathrooms and common areas. We regret having your company come out for an inspection as now we have to use extension cords for the bathroom
