From the very first time we called the office and spoke with Wendy, everyone has been so nice. Leslie came out to the house (on time) and he listened to what we needed done and completed the job quickly. He had to come back to do the attic work in the morning but again was on time and did the work quickly. The two new outlets Leslie added are exactly where we wanted them and look great. We are very happy with Bolt Electric and will definitely use them again if/when we need electrical work done.

Our electrician, Greg, was very professional, thorough and honest in laying out our issues and options. We will definitely come back to Mr. Electric for future needs.

Absolutely amazing work! Henry did awesome in replacing our fan and lights in the master bedroom. He was prompt and very kind, extremely professional and made sure everything worked top notch before leaving. If I have any other electric needs, he's my guy!

We were installing a Hot Tub in our Deck and needed electrical work done to feed power to the tub. We had five different electricians come out for bids. The prices varied by over a thousand dollars from one company to the other. We went with Wired Generations Electrical Contractors mainly because of their 5 star rating and we were not disappointed. Their bid was seven hundred dollars lower then the highest bidder and even after I requested copper wire throughout the whole project when the other companies were going to use Aluminum wiring.They did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable and very Professional and all done to code. Chris and Rick are amazing! They take pride in their work and make sure everything is right. Based on the inspection of a house we were purchasing, we reached out to get a quote to replace the electrical panels and upgrade the service before moving to San Antonio and closing on the house. Chris helped us to get everything ready so we could start after closing. He kept us updated throughout the permit and cps process. After moving in we found lots of other electrical work was needed - replace fans, install new outlets, install ev charging stations, multiple new light fixtures and recessed lights. Untangling and fixing some of the just funky wiring on timers all over the house (think of an attempt at full lighting automation using 1980s technology). Everything I threw at him, he figured out how to make it work. I will be calling him soon to the next stage of electrical fixes/upgrades. Highly recommend!!

Each time we tried calling to locate this location, we always got a completely different address from where they were located. Unfortunately we were unable to do business with this establishment. I wish the best of luck to anyone needing an electrician.

This company fails to give you full information prior to making an appt and then acts like you the problem when your unaware of possible costs and call them about the issue. I can't say that they do bad work but the original customer service was not good. Even when the technician git here the first thing he disclosed to me was did they tell you about the cost. And he even stated that sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I don't have a problem with paying for service, my issue is at least give the courtesy of allowing the customer to be prepared

I changed my appointment on the same day, without a problem. The workers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was most impressed with the items they had in their truck to offer services for a new outlet-saved me a return trip. They also had all the tools needed, a shop vac and drop cloths. They earned a customer today with good old fashioned respect and quality workmanship. Also, they were eager to do a task I forgot to mention at scheduling--that showed they valued my time and money. I highly recommend this company.

Benjamin installed an overhead kitchen light in my kitchen. He had to come back three times! The first time was bc he explained to me that to repair my old light would cost me almost as much as installing a new fixture. I decided to go with a new fixture.When he arrived to install the new fixture, it turned out I had purchased one that would not work with my type of ceiling! So back I went to exchange it!Finally, the third time was the charm! Thankfully, Benjamin was able to install the 2nd new fixture that same day. He even swept up the floor after the install!I appreciated his professionalism and patience at having to return so many times!Thanks again to Mr. Sparky and Benjamin!

Jeff was awesome! He responded within seconds of me posting my project and was at my house in an hour. He worked diligently to fix my old house’s many problems, and even came right back later the same night when I texted him about another issue. He has years of experience and his master electrician certification (?). I’m not an electrician but I could tell this dude knew his stuff. Can’t recommend enough!
