Had an appointment set up and was given a 5 hour (2-7 PM) timeframe in which to expect their crew. I took half a day off of work to accommodate this rather large window. At about 6:45 having not heard a peep from Allgood, I called and spoke with someone who I assume was working at an answering service. I was told something to the effect of Yeah doesn't look they're gonna make it. I'll leave a message for a manager and they'll call you in the morning.. Gee, thanks for nothing.To their credit, a manger did call me early the next morning and left me a very apologetic voice message asking me to call back to reschedule. I declined to return her call or reschedule with them. I might have considered doing so if at some point the previous afternoon they'd called and explained that they couldn't make it, had a job run long, or something similar. But after being just flat stood up and passed off to a phone service who couldn't have been less helpful/sympathetic, Allgood's been marked off the list of electricians I'll be considering for future electric work.

Very impressed! We got an offer on our house on Friday and they had scheduled an inspection for Tuesday. We needed a breaker checked to make sure we didn't have any issues. I called 5 places before I got a person to answer. She said they were booked until Wednesday but said, let me see what I could do. She came back and said they would work me in this afternoon and it could be as late as 4pm. He showed up at 2:40p and got right to work. Was here for about an hour and guaranteed the work in case there was an issue with the inspection. Reasonably priced for changing out 2 parts and very personable.Thanks for giving us peace of mind during a stressful time/. We highly recommend Bolt Electric and having a nice person to answer the phone makes all the difference. You are doing business the right way.

Very easy process. They gave me a bid, which was way less than the others. Work was completed within a few hours. The installer knew a lot about EVSE which made the installation very smooth.
