This was the second company I contacted about an issue in my home. David answered the phone and got me scheduled right away. When he got to the house I described the problem and he went to work. It seemed like only 15 minutes and he was done! He was very professional, courteous and efficient. The rate for repair was reasonably priced as well. It was so good that we discussed future projects. I would definitely recommend David and 24hr Valleywide Electric LLC.

We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! I am not the type of person to write a review. I am old school; very particular, expect promptness, accountability, and expertise in the field of business I am paying for. I don’t tolerate excuses, impatience, or wasted time. Wiring Pros won over this old codger which is a feat many who know me believe was nearly impossible.

I contacted David at Wiring Pros and explained I had just arrived at my newly purchased home in Goodyear Az. and I was leaving tomorrow morning to go back home (out of state) and wouldn’t be back for a few weeks for the new move. He came out that day and spent a few hours with me, without feeling rushed, to discuss everything I wanted to get done.

David came to my house 1 day prior to my move (with my permission) to assess the work and get the installers on board to all I wanted and how I wanted it. The next day, the installers were there bright and early to tackle a job which would take 4-5 full days.

The installers I had were 2 young men who were courteous, positive attitudes and really knew their jobs. I had made changes, additions, and even request that I didn’t think could be possible due to the difficulty of the task. But there wasn’t anything they couldn’t do. I would ask Brad how difficult a change would be, and he’d always reply, “anything can be done” and bring the task to fruition.

5 STARS FOR WIRING PROS. I would recommend Wiring Pros for any and all electrical projects, problems, additions or whatever your electrical needs are, no matter how small or large.

Jason from the electrical division did a wonderful job on our house. Before he arrived for the estimate, I got an email with a picture of Jason so I could know what he looked like! He took his time explaining things to me and then gave me several different options for the estimates on what could be done to the house. He was very calm and professional and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We made our decision a few days later and Jason was the the one who came back out to do the work. You only work with who gives you the estimate which I thought was great! He went the extra mile in giving our house the detailed attention it needed (1950's house). Thank you again Jason! Fast service. They came the next day to change out my RO water filter. The tech explained everything and even did a courtesy water softener check. I’ve always had good experiences with this company and all the techs they send out.
