I am always impressed with the professionalism displayed by their workers. I was a little annoyed by the fact that they always manage to come back from their inspections with a boatload of needed repairs. But now I just pick one thing off the list each year and look at it as routine maintenance. I do think they are a little overpriced, but as a widow I really don't have someone else to do the work.
