George Brazil sent Brad Dahl to take care of our plumbing issues. He was so thorough and professional, that we will refer him to others. He took care of everything on our list and answered all our questions. He does quality work. We are very pleased.

The only positive I can say is that they refunded my money. I was lied to though by the technician who said twice and wrote in the invoice that there was no damage to my line of any kind and that I only needed to have the hydro-jet procedure done...even a second time, after there was backup happening. Only when he came out to do the second cleaning is when he said that there was damage to the pipe and tried to make like he'd told me this when he hadn't. It literally made me sick to have been lied to by a man that I had felt I could trust. Anyhow, I felt it was important to still leave this review. I would hate for someone else to go through what I went through.

The service man Chris was very professional and really fun to talk with. He explained what and more importantly the why of every step he was taking to replace the water heater. Highly recommend these guys for any service.
