I'm very happy with the installation of my new hot water heater. They came the next day, however, they said they could be there the same day if I needed. The next morning was fine with me. They worked around my schedule for the following day. Even called the morning of to see if they could come a little early. Worked out perfect for both of us. Adam was very nice. He informed me that I could get the larger (40 gal Vs 50 gal) for the same price. It fit in the space so how do you say NO. He installed, cleaned up and answered all of my questions about how to maintain it. Also, he said that if I would like, he would come back in 6 months and show me how to drain it. The Tech, the service, the timing and the price were perfect. I would recommend and use again.

Nathan Raner was very professional and personable. He was very informative which helped us make an informed decision after he finished his inspection. This is the second time we have used Tucker Hill and will definitely recommend their services to others.
