Adam and Jason were very friendly and professional. They walked us through every step so we could see and understand what was in need of repair. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. After purchasing the plumbing membership they did a thorough review of our home to identify potential areas that will require repair or replacement. George Brazil replaced our A/C last summer with the 10/10/10 plan. These plans are giving us peace of mind in our older home. Do not Trust this company. They quoted me $1400 for a fan motor on the outside unit, just had another company complete the job for $375. This is an outrageously high estimate and my belief is they wanted to push me into the bigger sale of a new unit.

The technician arrived promptly. Identified the problem and did all necessary work promptly and carefully. Connected us with company that could repair water damage to floor and wallboard. Used Parker and Sons in past for HVAC service and will definitely use them again for plumbing problems.
