We could not get our thermostat to work and it was obvious that we needed to replace it and it was an expensive part for about $700. Penguin get a technician out to my house immediately. The technician found a loose wire inside the part and fixed it at no charge (except a small trip charge). He is my new hero!Jeff ( happy owner)

Had a new unit installed in August and the furnace didn't work when it got cold. Called for service and they had someone out by 8 a.m. the next day. The first technician was not able to fix the problem but they sent two more technicians in the afternoon who worked for over two hours to make sure everything functioned properly. Thanks to Dustin and Ricky we finally have heat again!
