My water heater went out the very first day of my wife's new job, so I had to stay home and get it fixed even though I have no knowledge of water heaters. Johnny walked me through everything, the company is very upfront about price, and he even recommended several other services to ensure there was no water damage and that I could get the most life out of my unit. He was thorough, explained everything well, and was very respectful. He even put covers over his shoes when he came in my house! It's really a great company, the reviews don't lie!
