I had what I thought to be a simple problem with a GFCI; but it happened at my rental house and on a Sunday Afternoon. I needed somebody knowledgeable to fix what I couldn't figure out and needed it done today. I found Meade Electric online; Tony answered right away and said he could stop by in an hour, he was there in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about trouble shooting my problem, very professional, and very courteous. He figured it out and had it solved in 15 minutes. I was happy that Parker and son's arrived in an emergency situation so quickly. You can count on that. You can also count on it costing you $$$$. I had an issue with my water heater that was on the verge of failure. It was leaking and about to burst. I turned it all off that night and called Parker who arrived the following afternoon. Happy with the service and time frame but my water heater cost me 3400.00 to be replaced. Standard 40 gallon unit you can purchase at 800-1200 at home Depot. When I asked the plumber what the breakdown was for labor and unit cost he simply told me that is the price. I paid extra for the 10 year warranty. Even with the additional fee for the extra warranty I still paid more 2k for a 2 hour job. They caught me with my pants around my ankles as I was desperate for the fix and he arrived with it in his truck. I should have been on top of it and fixed it myself but the emergency didn't allow that. They got me.
