We called Gabe regarding an electrical issue we were having in our garage. He came out the next day (he offered to come out in the evening, but I said that it wasn’t a dire emergency). One of us is cautious and wants to be able to pick the minds of people. Well, he liked Gabe and his knowledge and sage advice he gave us. We will use Gabe again. All of the installers were great, but the salesperson was shady and did not put in writing all of the repairs that needed to be done so I ended up paying a lot more than his original quote! I was very disappointed in the supervisors who never returned my calls.

Dave called for our RO filter change, I told him it is too expensive he said only 1 filter needed to be changed and it would be $170 and they would show us how bleed the tank. Then Richard Glauser comes out, said it was all thee that needed to be changed for $280. We have been lied to again by Parker &Sons. Richard explained what we really needed, apologized and sold us the 3 filters. Richard was great, I believe him to be honest and straightforward. However this is the 3rd or 4th time we have dealt with dishonesty from your company. We have been long time customers but are about to change. The last several HVAC guys have told us the person who serviced our units for years, didn’t know what he was talking about. Not trust inspiring for your employees.
