We had a water heater issue. We shopped around for not just quotes but for professionals. We landed on Penguin. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Erik. He provided a thorough and detailed explanation of our problem and offered an affordable solution. He kept in touch every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I literally never leave reviews however Parker and Sons time after time has delivered exceptional service to us. We have used them for many a repair and install of a salt water system. Today we called them for an emergency backup. They were here so quick, fixed the problem rapidly and were so great and kind. I will never call anyone but Parker and Sons!
