She was able to find an installation error that was causing the condensation from the unit to leak inside of my home. The problem was fixed quickly and Michelle was very thorough and informative. Used them for adding attic insulation. We also use them for standard HVAC service and maintenance. Was most impressed with the quality of their work, the friendliness of their employees , and their focus on the customer. During the process there was a hiccup that required a follow up with customer service. All was handled in an appropriate and timely manner. You pay a bit of a premium for their services but they are worth every penny.
