Our power went out in the middle of the night.. Called George Brazil after the 1st place I called, never responded to us. Marcus called me within 5 minutes and was at out door step in 30. I have to say he was the nicest tech I have ever worked with. He fixed our breaker and power was restored in 30 minutes. They Definitely have my service in the future!!!!

Affordable and tech was polite, knowledgeable and professional AAA+ rating.

I had to edit my review. The one good thing I can say is they got the work done quickly. They replaced a 200 amp main breaker. They charged $2500 to do the work. I asked for an itemized invoice, they never responded. The most expensive 200 amp main breaker I could find on the net was $500. so I guess I paid a little under $2000. for labor for a few hours work. The person that came to my house was very unprofessional, because I had to move some money from one account to another, and it took me ten minutes or so. Meanwhile he tells the person living in the house, my tenant that if I can't pay, he's going to have to take the part out. I waited for him to call back for 5 minutes like I told him to. When he didn't, I called the office and paid them. He called back a few minutes later, when I said I had paid the office. He acted like he didn't believe me and said if I hadn't he was going to have to take the part out. The main slogan in one of there and campaigns is they don't hire any Melvin's. This person was very much a Melvin to me. Don't hire them, you'll get Melvinized.
