I connected with 24hr Valleywide Electric through my warranty company. I was told by an AC technician that we needed to upgrade the breaker in our fuse box box it was only rated for 40 amps and needed to be rated for 60 amps. After talking with Valleywide electric, he was able to help me discover that the electrical upgrade was not needed and the AC technician was trying to upsell me -- the sticker on the AC itself said it needed a minimum of 29 amps and a maximum of 45 at the breaker meaning 60 amps the AC tech recommended would have been too much. I appreciate Valleywide Electric's honesty and integrity. I understand the he could have probably come out, changed the breaker and I would have been none the wiser to the fact that I didn't actually need the service, but instead, he was honest and helpful. I definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Day 1 of moving into my new home, and the electricity in the Garage stopped working. Most importantly, this affected our water heater, so a quick fix was needed. I called Jeff, and he spent the next 30 minutes over the phone troubleshooting with me. He was able to figure out the issue from a few pictures and trying a couple of different potential solutions. In no time, electricity was up and running, and he did not charge us for his time. His customer service was top notch. We will definitely utilize him and this company for any electric issues in the future.

We realized we had a leak with our water heater system. It was after 10 pm. We called George Brazil and they had a professional here within 30 min. Mike was great, very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to repair and replace and was done within less than an hour. Yes, we had to pay an after hours fee, but would have had to stay up all night to drain the bucket if not done this evening.
