Daniel Medina was professional and courteous and informative. He used caution to ensure that the service requested did not damage my tables unit. He also did the plumbing inspection. This is the second service I have had with Tucker Hill and both times I was appreciative of the professionalism and kindness shown. They are definitely a company to consult. We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind. He left me with some notes and made himself available for questions if I had them.Such a great experience overall and I appreciate the timeliness, communication, and professionalism.Thank you, Luis!
