Raymond was the technician who completed my HVAC maintenance. He was personable, professional and took time to explain his recommendations, including pictures. He had to complete some repairs, which were finished that same day. It was an excellent experience.

By the time they were finished with the two units, over $6000 of repairs and up-sales were suggested. Ridiculous!I just had another company inspect the HVAC unit at my office and the gentleman showed me a number of things that should have been done with our PMs and he noticed more things that were not up to standard for proper functioning.
