Adam was fantastic! Not only did he replace my toilet, but also provided missing parts for a previous install. He also made time to replace a leaking irrigation pipe in the backyard. To top it all off, he contacted someone to take a look at the ceiling damage in my garage caused by the leaking toilet upstairs. I will definitely be requesting him in the future for any plumbing issues I have. I've used George Brazil for not just plumbing, but also for my AC that failed about a year ago. Customer Service is amazing and there is always a quick response for any problems I've had. I highly recommend them and have purchased a membership because I'm always pleased with the repairs. Tyler was the tech, very professional and knowledgeable. Another plumbing company sent out a Melvin and he had no idea how to troubleshoot. Tyler identified the problem quickly and found several options for finding the parts that the original manufacturer said were not available. Parts came in, he came right over and put them in and we're good to go. He was very personable and apologized for the parts which were out of his control. Excellent work. Very happy with Parker and Sons and Tyler.
