Dave M. is the best. He arrived promptly, I was caught up in traffic reaching home. He waited the 10 minutes to let me catch up with him. I was elated he waited, but this is not the normal. I usually am waiting on others regarding appointments of any kind.The best part, he identified the exact problem just turning the tap at my bath tub. (I was sure if I forced it it would break off and the threat of flooding the bathroom was real.)He identify the problem instantly.He turned off the water (downstairs and outside).He went to his truck to locate the needed part: that is, he was fully stocked (no need for a return trip).He installed the new part.The first time in the almost 7 years I owned the 12 year old house, adjusting temperature and flow was easy and exact.He was in and out of my house within well under an hour.
