Victor H. installed a new Hot Water Heater in my home today.He was super nice, very knowledgable and professional. He did a GREAT job.Installed the new hot water heater and took the old hot water heater with him to dispose of it for me. He did such a great job cleaning up after himself and left my home very tidy. After all the unpleasant experiences I have had with service men in my home it was very refreshing to have someone nice,competent, and considerate doing a job for me. First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!
