I just moved in to my new house (fixer-upper to say the least) and needed a Contractor that new what he was doing. I read many reviews on several different sites and Phoenix Contracting Services stood out with constant 5-star reviews. From the moment I met Jeff Finley and his crew to the completion of the job, it was nothing but professionalism at its best. He was very friendly and extremely polite. He was the most knowledgeable and honest Contractor I've ever met; never trying to push any unnecessary expenses. I am definitely so disappointed. How can you be an electrician and put an outlet next to a cabinet door where you can't open when anything is plugged. Electrician says I instructed them to do so. Does that make sense? If I have instructed that they should paint the picture, but that wasn't the case. Saw it after when it was done and so disappointing that they are not fixing their error. Look at power box in my cabinet where he chose to put that. My cabinet guy had to cut the drawer so drawer will close. When I questioned him, he said if he put it on the other side of the cabinet he had to put a box around it. I wouldn't mind that. You don't think he is taking short cuts? Look at the outlets on the side of my each island, side way. I would like them right side up, up and down instead of side way. He made choices without consulting me.I told them that I will live with other two problems but please move outlet away from cabinet door, he is talking about again how much work he has to put in to move it. If he has done it correct from the get go, I would not be having this conversation and he wants to charge more, after giving them over 5400.00 and didn't get the work done correct as if that is my fault. Sad and so disappointing from this electrician seems so wonderful, I feel like he stuck it to me.

I had this company change my panel and upgrade to a 200-amp. It was painless hiring them since they coordinated everything and got our power back on. Great company wish there where more ethical companies around like them. Thom the owner answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks TAP.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.
