Was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. TAB was completely in contact with appointment time, arrival time etc.
The electricians that showed were extremely professional, super nice and thorough. They know their stuff and did excellent work.
I even added some work in addition to what was ordered/scheduled and were super accommodating to take care of everything.

We hired Jeff and Phoenix Contracting Services to help solve an unexpected electrical problem. Jeff showed up and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Tony answered my call on a Friday at 10am, and had someone out to give me an estimate on my pool electricity issue within an hour. Andrew, the technician, came by and fixed the problem right then and there! Simple fix, prompt, courteous and affordable. Definitely recommend them and will use again.

I have worked with Allied Electric Technology for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about Stacy and his team. All of the technicians are knowledgeable and professional, which is extremely important as a Property Manager. I know I can call Stacy and not worry about the job or when it will be completed. They are fair, honest, and work hard on each project. I highly recommend this company!

Hagarty Electric were the sub-contractors when I had my house built. I paid for a 240V SPA circuit and they installed it. When it was time to build a pool the pool contractor also used Hagarty Electric to make the connections. At first they made the necessary short run connections to the SPA circuit but when it came time to hook things up they refused citing that if they did they would have to own the original connection from the mains panel to the SPA circuit (which they already did own since they did the work). I had to hire an attorney to go after the pool contractor and eventually Hagarty Electric made the connections at the SPA circuit. Both Hagarty and the Pool contractor just wanted more money. In the end they ran a 2nd line from the mains panel to the SPA circuit, installed a junction box and had a continuous connection to the sub-panel at their cost.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.

Sarah and Eric were fantastic to communicate with while confirming the estimate and scheduling, and Josh did a great job on our kitchen outlet install. He even finished the project faster than they had estimated, and offered to reduce the original estimate since it didn't take as long. My husband and I rarely see this kind of ethical approach in a company. I am very happy with A&M Electric and have already recommended them to family and neighbors in the area. They were timely, communicated well, and did excellent work.
