Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

I loved how clean this crew was! Not only did they show up on time, but they continuously cleaned up after themselves and kept their uniform clean. They also gave me some ideas and recommendations for my new house project. The job was finished on time which made it worth the price! Elmer was by serviceman and he was exceptional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Answered questions I had about my thermostat and when going in and out of the attic he did not leave a mess. Polite and very knowledgeable.

Techs were at my house on time. Very professional, worked clean. Kept the doors closed at all times so my cats didn’t get out. Overall it was a great experience.

Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. A company that hires people like Ethan is one worth returning to again and again. Fair warning to you Parker and Sons, Ethan is designated for great things. Treat him well while you have him, and he will continue to wow all your customers the way he did this one.5 stars every experience, every time.
