I highly recommend Tap and Sons Electric. They sent an email to confirm the appointment the day prior, that even included a picture and information about the technician that would be coming out to our home. As a woman, it was nice to know who to expect at the appointment. They were on time, called on their way over and were very professional and honest. They installed a chandelier in the nursery, hung ceiling fans and added dimmer switches throughout our home. Everything looks fantastic!

I requested Cricket residential electricians in Phoenix to install a LED kitchen light that I was having difficulty with installing myself. They were very quick to come out and get it installed correctly. They did a safety inspection to see what would be needed brought up to code and left me a detailed estimate of anything that they recommend being upgraded. The response to my initial call was very good. The technician who came and analyzed the problem told me that they had to order parts and could return the next day to do the repair.They didn’t call me the next day to tell me that there was a problem getting the parts, I had to call them. When they didn’t receive the parts when expected, I had to call them to learn what was happening. Once they got the parts they finally called me and scheduled the repair. No problems after that.I just think that they should have contacted me when they knew that there would be delays.
