I called George Brazil about a hot water heater problem and within two hours a technician was at our door. He examined our hot water heaters and assessed the problems with both of them as well as some additional problems with faucets. He then gave us some quotes and we discussed the different options for repair or replacement. We ended up replacing both with tankless waterheaters. He arrived the next morning and worked all day long to get them installed. The whole process was handled professionally and quickly. Tom was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. This guy really saved my bacon. I had a guy from another company out who diagnosed a “problem” in my panel and suggested I need to replace every single breaker for about $3k. I called John and he was able to tell me over the phone that this solution didn’t make sense. He came out the next day and was able to fix the issue (and install a couple new timers) for $250. Castle Electric is the new electrician contact in my phone. Call them. You won’t be disappointed.
