I am definitely so disappointed. How can you be an electrician and put an outlet next to a cabinet door where you can't open when anything is plugged. Electrician says I instructed them to do so. Does that make sense? If I have instructed that they should paint the picture, but that wasn't the case. Saw it after when it was done and so disappointing that they are not fixing their error. Look at power box in my cabinet where he chose to put that. My cabinet guy had to cut the drawer so drawer will close. When I questioned him, he said if he put it on the other side of the cabinet he had to put a box around it. I wouldn't mind that. You don't think he is taking short cuts? Look at the outlets on the side of my each island, side way. I would like them right side up, up and down instead of side way. He made choices without consulting me.I told them that I will live with other two problems but please move outlet away from cabinet door, he is talking about again how much work he has to put in to move it. If he has done it correct from the get go, I would not be having this conversation and he wants to charge more, after giving them over 5400.00 and didn't get the work done correct as if that is my fault. Sad and so disappointing from this electrician seems so wonderful, I feel like he stuck it to me.

Ken & Caidan came out to give me an estimate. They were friendly, courteous & knowledgeable & HONEST. I had the kitchen recessed can lights changed out to LED can lights, also LED ribbon lights installed over the great room beam & over the fireplace & installed a large chandelier on a 16+ sloped ceiling. The chandelier was a challenge as there were problems with a part to hang it & communication with the lighting co. Ken & Mike handled the problem with professionalism & patience. I would definitely recommend Ken, Mike & Caidan & would use them again.
