Excellent service, affordable and honest - my wife was concerned he was going to charge her a lot while I was at work and everything went perfectly. She said he wasn't a creeper lol. Thank you for doing an excellent job!

I could not be happier with he service that TAG provided for installing an electric outlet for an electric car in my garage. Tom is a stand up guy that is honest and fair. I went to bid with a couple of other companies and he was the only one that recommended bringinf out two other electricians on his team to ensure the job was done correctly and effeciently. This was not an easy job as it required bringing a line from the other side of the house to my garage but they figured it out in a safe manner.

I also appreciated Jason's honesty and friendliness with his help. I work for APS and received TAG as a recommendation from a fellow peer at work. I was not disappointed and I would highly recommend them.

They were quick to respond, showed up right on time and were finished within an hour...I'm happy!

Michelle has been out to my condo twice now. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. She knows her products well. During her visit she communicated everything I needed to know very clearly and she handled the task of getting me qualified to finance a new air conditioning unit like a pro.Ignacio and Angel came to my condo today to install the new unit. The two of them were also very professional. They worked very hard on this hot day and finished the work on time as promised. During the visit Ignacio also communicated very clearly about the unit and what I could expect during operation. They cleaned up nice after the work was done as well!So far I've had nothing but great experience with the company! Thank you Michelle, Ignacio and Angel! Great job!

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

Employee was was five star and very professional. The job was of the size that two people should have been scheduled to do the job. He ran out of time to finish two last things. Not his fault at all. We really liked that the estimate was the exact price of the job. No games or bate and switches. Will use them again with out a doubt. Only reason not five stars was the fact the two jobs didn’t get finished.

Hired Castle Electrical to install a Wall Connector for my Tesla. John (assume he is the owner) was very responsive from my first contact and took the time to explain the various options and was able to quote the job based on photos.

He arrived right on time and got the job done in just a couple hours. Very clean, professional work and John was super courteous. He even took some time to answer a few other unrelated electrical questions.

These guys are great! Wonderful communication, even after hours and on weekends. The installers were fast, and professional, and everything was done perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Experienced and qualified.

DO NOT use this company. When building our new home they did not do the job correctly and we had to have them change several things. They forget to wire for the ceiling fan in the office, the fan in the den was not centered, the lights in 2 bathrooms had to be changed, the dining room light had to be moved, the floor plug had to be moved, the light in the breakfast nook was too close to the wall, all plug-ins on the island had to be moved, and the lights over the island are not centered but I have not had these changed yet.
