Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

I called and explained the issues I was having in my home. I spoke on the phone with Dave and he explained someone would be at my home immediately. DJ arrived to diagnose the the problems I was having and made sure that everything was 100% fixed like nothing ever happened. I recommend this company to any of my friends and family, they went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my family.

I needed to have a new HVAC System installed in Mid August. PJ came out the same day. He was very knowledgeable about the complexity of the 4 zone system I have. He patiently walked me through the best options for replacement and explained everything in detail. The following day they were out to install the new system, being highly professional at all times and very respectful of my home. PJ came back about 2 weeks later to quality check the system and once again made me very comfortable that work was done properly. Additionally, every contact I have had with Tucker Hill, from the office to field techs has been highly professional with an emphasis on customer service.

Professional, friendly, and an excellent electrician. We had a short in our house that the first electrician I called was not great at helping me. Joel quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone and set an appointment for the next day. Once his guys arrived at my house they figured out the issues. Turns out the previous owner of the house did some owner upgrades that were not done very well. They had to do some extensive rewiring but they did a great job.

I was originally recommended to Mike Waskowich, owner of Creative Electric Company by another electrician who no longer was able to do work which requires climbing up a ladder into an attic. I had purchased three ceiling fans and an entry way hanging light fixture and needed electrical run from the attic into the kitchen and office ceilings. Memo the Foreman, and Guillermo, electrician, both arrived promptly at 7:30 AM and got everything done in a timely and orderly manner. Both gentlemen were very polite and professional and we could not be any happier with their work! Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! All the work was done well, works great and the price was right, too! Will definitely use Cowboy Electric in the future!

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.

This was my first experience with IEF and if Troy is any indication of the character and the ability of those working for this company, they must be successful. It was supposed to be a small and relatively short home project. Unfortunately, it turned out to be 6 hrs and multiple trips to the store. That was just the first day. Todd was determined not to leave the project unfinished but due to faulty lighting and junction boxes and excessive stucco, he ran out of daylight. He was back the next day and the project was completed. The exterior lights look great. He also installed a motion detector that was not part of the quote. And he did all this at no extra cost to me. He has a customer for life and I will refer IEF to anyone needing electrical services.

The young lady who answers the phone, Rebecca, is always courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely use their services.
