They replaced my panel at my house for a great price and Jason did a great job.

Had an appointment to get some jobs estimated on Friday, 6/25/21 between 11 to 2. 1 PM I called and was not able to get a person on the line. I left a message and no one has called me back. No show for the appointment. Looking for someone else.

John was great. I received his bid from the information I sent him, and he showed up on time and completed the work as planned. I asked him to do another electrical project for me, and he added that for an extremely reasonable price. I would use castle electric again. Other electricians I talked with weren't nearly as reasonable.

Their quote was very sensible and competitive compared to the other companies. When the team appeared up to work, they worked very rapidly and productively. They moreover did an extraordinary job of cleaning up. Rob and his assistant did a great job for us both in giving recommendations and performing the work. My husband and I are thrilled with their work. We just moved into a condo that had too many shadows; now it is bright and welcoming. They were friendly; welcome guests in our home anytime. Could not be more pleased.

I loved the email I received before the technician came to my house letting me know what he looked like and that he was on his way. Jimmy was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. Replaced the motor quickly & showed me our damaged motor. Highly recommend Penguin Air!

My service was excellent! I had water pressure problems, and at one point, just a trickle when I turned on the faucet. Dennis was very responsive and professional. He checked faucets and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the water pressure regulator and adjusted the setting so I had much better water pressure than I've ever had in my house. Dennis informed me of everything and was so friendly explaining things! In less than one hour, my issue was resolved. Another great experience with Parker & Sons!

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.

I was contacted immediately when I did an online request and Kim scheduled me for two days out between 10-2. The technician, Ryan, was able to come at 9 and within 45 minutes had removed my old ceiling fan and installed the new one. He was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. I will definitely be calling the company for any future electrical needs. Highly recommended.
