Excellent company and service. Mentor was courteous enough to call prior to arriving. This is my 3rd time using Allstar with Mentor as the electrician. He is very thorough, neat (can’t say how much I appreciate that!), and very patient in explaining work required. I am the type of customer that can be annoying and hover as work is being done...thankfully Mentor is very understanding with that. I would highly recommend this company and Mentor for any work needed.

We used this service for a wire that was outside of our home to be fixed. They did the work . But with a two week something went wrong. I had to call a 24 hour electrician to come out and help us. Apparently the electrician split the wires and caused a shortage in my panel box. Never again.

They were on time. Professional. Fast. Solved all of my electric issues. I will use them again. Highly recommend!

Some homes that look good to the average person can have hidden issues that affect safety -- such as wiring issues that could lead to a fire. Mike J's inspection of a house a member of my family was considering purchasing revealed such issues and provided an estimated cost to remedy the situation -- and because of the info Mike provided and other reasons we decided not to purchase the house, saving us from a potential nightmare. Also, we appreciate Tiffany's courtesy during our follow up call to Gen 3.

iTech is by far the most professional company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish, it was incredibly easy to deal with Tony and really everyone from the iTech team. Beyond thrilled with the work Raya Electric did for me today! Fast, efficient, courtesy, and great clean-up afterwards. Had multiple light fixtures and switches replaced, a couple of outlets replaced and a line run for a couple of additional outlets. A lot of these things hadn't been touched since the house was built over 100 year ago. Raya knows its stuff, that's for sure! I've been needing this work forever and am so happy with the results. Would highly recommend!
