If you’re a woman you’ll understand this part, I did not feel like he was taking advantage of me because I was a woman literally talk to me and explain everything to me and was able to restore the power in my second-floor unit. I will definitely keep them locked in for future projects. I ain’t gonna lie, I was taken back by the price, but they worked with me to get what I needed done. Adulting is expensive.

They are totally patient with deaf customers & make efforts to make us understand better in communication by gestures, writing, texting, etc. They made us extremely happy & satisfied. You won’t regret at all if you pick this company. We definitely use ProTech again if we need their services. We definitely refer anyone who needs electrical services/repairs/installations/ etc. Other electrical companies are ripping us off & did not make us happy or satisfied. Ilir and Pete were fantastic!! Pete you are AWESOME! Thank you for working so hard to give me and my husband the best lighting ever! This guy refused to take a break, but worked straight through! He installed 7 light fixtures for us 3 that had to be put together because they were specialty fixtures and he put them together beautifully! Pete was masterful and more than efficient! If you want the best electricians ever, Alba is the place to go! Also the pricing is so reasonable. Thank you guys for a great experience!
