Generation 3 Electric (Aaron’s team specifically) has done multiple projects on our house, including rewiring, sprucing up outlets, adding and fixing interior and exterior lighting, and updating our box. Each time they come and do work, we are so impressed with their customer service and the work they do. They show up on time, are very warm and easy to talk with, take the time to answer questions, and do their work efficiently and with respect to the space of our home.Specifically, we've had one employee, Aaron, come out to do the scheduled work and he is wonderful. He explains everything he does and makes sure we understand what he did and are satisfied before he leaves. Highly recommend Aaron and team from Gen3.

Excellent service, quick and responsive

I had called based on a friend’s recommendation, and I felt more comfortable knowing the business has been around for quite some time, and all of my expectations were exceeded. Ran into quite a few electrical issues when I purchased my first home, and I didn’t really know where to turn. Scheduling was amazing, and I managed to have someone (John) come out for service very quickly. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and gave me several options for how to remedy the issues, never felt any pressure in making a decision. Very personable, professional, and safe. Explained absolutely everything as he was completing the service, and it’s almost embarrassing to say, but I think he left my house cleaner in the areas he worked on than they were when he got there. Top notch service, would definitely use again for any electrical issues in the future. Would never use anyone else. A++
