I had a great experience from initial inspection and estimate to work completion. Michael, who did the inspection, was incredibly thorough and really took the time to explain things to me. Dan and Ian were great. Dan was very communicative and kept me updated. He even sent daily pictures of the progress. Anyone I spoke with was incredibly professional and pleasant. I would use Gen3 again in the future without a doubt.Update 10/4/19: Ended up needing more electrical work and used GEN3 again just like I said I would. I didn't even consider using anyone else. Dave Cusson was very professional, knowledgeable and polite! I would highly recommend!

Called up, came by the same day to give a quote. Very reasonable for the work done. Said Sat 8-9 start time there at 8.15 and crew of 4 came they were complete by noon. Put down drop clothes swept and cleaned. I will use them from now on for all my work needed.

John installed all the lighting fixtures around the outside of my house. It was a job I felt I may be able to do, but might take a whole weekend. Instead, I thought I would consult an electrician to get the job done quick and right. He exceeded my expectations and was done in less than an hour. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was very reasonable and I will surely be giving him more business since I would like to put grounds on all my outlets and install outlets in my bathroom.

Our house needed a circuit breaker box upgrade, a frayed wire replacement, electric dryer outlet installed, and multiple 20 amp outlets installed.Raya Electric was very responsive, provided estimates promptly, and started and completed the entire project within a couple days. The timing was perfect as it was finished before the long heatwave. The work was organized, and Raya Electric took the time to clean up afterwards.Tesfu was professional and took the time to explain the work being done. After the project was complete, Tesfu went above and beyond by coming out to finish some last details on the grounding rods.We have future projects in mind and will reach out to Raya Electric again.Definitely recommend Raya Electric! I called yesterday, late on a Saturday afternoon, believing that I needed emergency service. Arthur answered the phone and I explained what was going on. He suggested that I call the local power company first and it turned out the issue was with them. It was a huge relief to be walked through the problem to the solution!! Especially a free solution!! To me this demonstrated a true professionalism and integrity. I’ve heard often enough people complain about the ‘high cost’ of hiring an electrician but Arthur’s assistance was priceless.
