We had a light fixture in the living room that quit working. We tried changing the bulb and checking the fuses, but nothing. This team was available the next day, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and it was a faulty switch, changed it, and gave us some advice about electricity!

We had Gen3 come out to install three ceiling fans and fix a wiring issue on a chandelier. Everybody we interacted with was so professional and courteous. Tiffany in the office was very helpful on the phone for scheduling. When John Y came to our house he was immediately warm and helpful. I was most impressed that he paid attention to little details. Most technicians in my experience refer to rooms by location in the house (that room in the front, etc.) but I really appreciated that John referred to the rooms by my kid's names. Little touches like that made me really comfortable having him in our home. He did great work and we will use Gen3 again.

How about catch the people who dumping on your factory side walk. You letting them get away with it. At this point they encourage to keep doing it. Hold whoever doing it responsible already! I tired of looking at the dump that left there.
