I have a Ring smart doorbell whose battery seems to die faster and faster and time goes on. After many missed rings, I wanted to get the doorbell hardwired so I didn't have to worry about the battery.I just had Evan from GEN3 out and he did a wonderful job. He called on his way, walked through the process, gave me a couple options to pick from, and knocked out the work right right away. My home was left as clean as when he arrived and I couldn't be happier.The Ring smart doorbell is now hardwired and I can enable features that were not supported on battery mode. :)I'd recommend GEN3 and I'm happy to now have a go-to Electric & HVAC company to work with.
