I had a great experience with Andi and his crew. I needed knob and tube removed (quickly) from a home I was trying to sell (also quickly). Andi came out right away and gave me a fair quote for the work that I requested. I had questions about scheduling that Andi answered well after normal business hours and he kept me up to date on what day and time they would arrive. It turned out that the initial work that I had said I needed done was incorrect and more was needed to complete the job. Andi was quick to supply me with a new quote. Andi and his crew were polite, respectful, fast, and left the job site clean.I had additional questions from potential the potential buyer of the home AFTER the work was completed and once again Andi was quick to respond and help in any way he could.I'm very thankful we hired EP Electric and would HIGHLY suggest them to anyone who wants quality work done. Their communication and professionalism were outstanding.Thanks guys!

We used this service for a wire that was outside of our home to be fixed. They did the work . But with a two week something went wrong. I had to call a 24 hour electrician to come out and help us. Apparently the electrician split the wires and caused a shortage in my panel box. Never again.

Dave was great! We moved into a new house and needed a 30 amp outlet for our dryer. Dave came over the same day we called and got us up and running .
Also came over early on a Saturday to fix our basement lights.

They drove out here and cancelled because they couldn't find parking right next my house. There was parking a block away. I watched someone park 1 minute after they called me half a block up my street. All that needed to be done was to replace a couple outlets and to get a quote on some additional work for a later date. They complained to me that I scheduled them to come out when there was construction going on on an adjacent street, not even my street. As if I'm supposed to know when the city is doing construction a block up from my house.... They were extremely rude about it. This is Philly, parking is hard sometimes...

John installed all the lighting fixtures around the outside of my house. It was a job I felt I may be able to do, but might take a whole weekend. Instead, I thought I would consult an electrician to get the job done quick and right. He exceeded my expectations and was done in less than an hour. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was very reasonable and I will surely be giving him more business since I would like to put grounds on all my outlets and install outlets in my bathroom.

My vote is 5 stars in all categories with Raya Electric! I had a shopping list of electrical work that needed to be done. I had a Ring doorbell installed, new electrical outlets wired on my front porch, three-way switch enhancements and new light installed in my coat closet. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and provided a detail explanation of the repair with options. Finally, they cleaned up and patched up afterwards.

These guys are very professional! I told them what I needed done and we worked out a schedule and they showed up on time and finished before they said they would!!!Will definitely be using them again.
