Best General Contractor in Philadelphia PA

I couldn’t recommend Larry more. We just moved into a place in Fishtown area and needed a new electric panel in the basement. We got 3 estimates and decided to go with Larry. He took the time to walk us through everything and was from the area as well. Within a few days after the estimate, Larry and his guys came out and seamlessly installed the new panel. Larry also saw our outdoor meter wasn’t caulked so took a couple extra minutes to help us silicone/caulk that and a few fixtures outside. All in all, I’d say at the very least have Larry and his guys out and odds are you’ll want to go with them for any electrical issues moving forward. Thanks again!

Fast & efficient technician! We had a lighting system taken out and converted to LED lights, and they also installed a light fixture in the room with a dimmer switch. They were on time and had an easy system to schedule online!

Alba Electric is the most reasonably priced and gives fantastic customer service. They do expert work and are trust worthy. There techs will do the right job, not over price you or suggest high cost fixes. They have even on occasion given free advice and given some preventative service free of charge. I recently lost hot water in my home. I noticed this occurred around the same time I lost electricity in my master bedroom. I wasn't sure if they were correlated being that our hot water heater was gas. However, I realized the hot water tank did have a contraption that looked electric. I contacted Alba and they came out immediately. He found that a breaker fuse had gone bad controlling the master br and the heater contraption. He swapped out the fuse and then relit the pilot on the heater free of charge. Im almost sure a plumber would have charged me what Alba charged just to diagnose the problem. Then would have charged me for the breaker and perhaps told me something on the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Ive been in that situation a few times but its good when you can find a service that you can trust!

I was all pleased with AM Electric the team were very Professional and always told me what they were doing his team that he sent to my home were very respectful and helpful! Never late always on time and never stopped until work was completed. I will definitely will recommend anyone to AM Electric! Steve and his apprentice, Tim, installed three dimmers and one GFI in our kitchen/dinning room. Their service was excellent. They even ran out to Home Depot to pick up a GFI since replacing the GFI was not part of the original service call. Having Steve and Tim install the above makes us feel a lot safer. They were so respectful and pleasant. We will definitely schedule any other service we need with SG Electric.

John and Fred were a pleasure to work with. I had 5 indoor and outdoor fixtures installed, 2 ceiling fans, a TV outlet, dimmer switches, GFCI, flush mount lights and recessed lights all installed in two days. John kept the price fair and in my price range. I'm am so thrilled with the look of everything. Will be using Express Power in the future for living room TV and more recessed lights. Quality work at a fair price, done efficiently!
