Herbert is terrific, timely, professional, good spirited, and creative. He installed a radiator in my house and was creative about addressing a wiring issue and did it safely and efficiently. He did a fire alarm system inspection as well and has been always responsive, professional, and great to work with. Herbert did a great job replacing our LED kitchen lights! Super professional and kind, very responsive with scheduling and very attentive to COVID safety protocols. He was hired by our landlord, but I would hire him if I owned my own home!

Herbert assisted our family with a faulty wire in the electrical meter outside our home supplying power to our hot water heater. Herbert quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and was extremely clear with his assessment and solution. He was able to quickly fix our problem for a very reasonable amount of money. Herbert was so good we had him come back later in the week to install a light fixture in our kitchen. I highly recommend the Herbert T. Speach company for all of your electrical needs. He is extremely kind, courteous, honest and genuine. We will be using Herbert for all of our electrical needs in the future.

Herbert helped me and my roommates by installing outlets in our apartment and replacing old and broken outlets in the bedrooms, as well as rewiring outside lighting. We've also had him separate circuits in the house so that things weren't on the same switch, which has been a massive help.Our house is old and under a state of overall disrepair and has a lot of uncommon issues with the wiring—yet Herbert has managed to fix every problem we've asked him to. Honestly, given the state of the wiring in this house, every repair he's made has been nothing short of a miracle.He's direct, polite, professional, and works quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better electrician, and I can't recommend him enough.

I have a triplex in Darby and had Herbert come out to give me an estimate. He took the time to diagnose the various issues throughout the building rather than just trying to sell me on installing new baseboard heaters, celing fan, etc. He even fixed one of my problems on the spot. I especially appreciate Herbert's honesty since the other electrician I had come out to the property was trying to swindle me into installing new stuff unecessarily. Looking forward to having Herbert take care of business next week and have every confidence it will be done professionally and at a fair price.

Herbert provided inspection and certification of our 12 fire extinguishers, refurbished two fire extinguishers, and tested, cleaned and certified our smoke alarms. He thoroughly explained each step and provided advice along the way. We will certainly be using his services going forward.

High quality service done in an efficient manner. Very open and transparent about the work that needs to be done and is very reasonably priced. Most of all he took the time to explain every component of what was being done so that I could understand for myself what I was paying for. Five stars for sure!
