Gino and his associateassoc on time (within the 2hr window) and immediately addressed my issue for installing a smart light from Phillips in my kitchen. I tried to install it myself but had some concerns about the wiring. He patiently taught me how to install it and he was able to guide me through the installation as he was doing it. I contacted Altin a week ago for an estimate for a service entry cable. He was on time but his pricing was ridiculous. I was quoted $2200 for a service entry cable while other companies quoted me $700-$1200.

Edison was very nice, prompt, and personable. Not annoyed by my many questions and had some interesting stories of his own to share. He handled my light and ceiling fan as if he has been doing it for years (surprise). Very clean neat and accurate work. I felt more like he was a guest in my house. I also loved that he gave quotes over the phone.

Have used John multiple times, always responsive, shows up on time and doesn't miss appointments. Has even helped me trouble shoot over the phone to avoid a visit altogether. All those little reasons are why I call him time and time again. Highly recommend.

John came and quickly replaced a faulty receptacle and also put in a much needed GFI outlet in the bathroom. I was worried I had a loose wire and would have an electrical fire. John hooked it up and they were super fast!!! Five stars, awesome. Thanks You Express.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
