I had a great experience with GEN3! I called for help with a flickering/buzzing light switch. Someone immediately helped me to set up the appointment easily and efficiently. They kept me posted on the anticipated arrival time. Corey W., our technician, arrived promptly. He was friendly and professional. He had the problem fixed in no time! I made the appointment on thumbtack thru nextdoor so hard to find electricians that show up and do it right. 3 guys showed up on time trouble shot the wiring in an older house. We had an other electrician replace all the receptacles and light switches but they failed to make the 2 ways and 3 ways work, These guys figured out what they did and fixed it right. the came in came up with an estimate fixed it same day. I thought they would have to come back but they did the job right away a little more complicated than they thought , honored their estimate which makes them a 5 star. Will use them again and refer them to friends. Thanks

When we bought our house we planned to add fans, lights and other electrical items to our house. John was knowledgeable and able to provide ideas and suggestions that allowed to us to have what we wanted while being conscious of our budget. I found his estimates to be fairly priced, and his quality of work to be stellar. We have used him several times since as needed and his level of service and quality has always been 5 stars.

These gentlemen came to upgrade my panel and add new lines. But they also brought a few of the city pieces up to code the meter box and the line for the sewer. They even threw in adding a line for the garage opener and a surge protector on the panel itself. They were on time, professional, neat and very nice to work with. They explained the facts and figures and I definately do not feel like I was over charged. I met with 3 electric companies for an estimate and these guys were the best value paid and did great work. I will definately call them for future jobs.
