They respond quickly to phone calls and show up on time for appointments and leave the work environment cleaner than when they start.

How about catch the people who dumping on your factory side walk. You letting them get away with it. At this point they encourage to keep doing it. Hold whoever doing it responsible already! I tired of looking at the dump that left there.
