After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Had a generac generator installed. Process was super easy and Nathan explained everything in detail. Any question I had he would answer in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get a generator installed.

Seth installed canned lights in our den. The lights stopped working and he came back to check. The problem wasn't related to the installation of the lights but Seth repaired the old wiring and the lights are now working great. He repaired the wiring at no charge. I highly recommend Equity Electric!

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

I couldn’t see myself using another electrician after working with Josh. He’s a compassionate, dedicated professional. I can’t recommend another electrician over him.

I contacted the owner and he was very nice. I explained my situation and he said he would call me back after he was done with his meeting. He provided me his cell phone so I could send him my information. This was around 9:00 a.m. I called several times around 2-4 using both the office and cell number but never could get someone to answer. The next day I called again and no answer. I used my work phone and immediately someone picks up the phone. They apologized and said they would look at the information I sent. They would be out at my property on Friday at 9. Nobody showed up and my phone calls were not picked up. I called the next week. I finally got the hint and left this review.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.
