Two very professional electricians arrived at my house at the scheduled appt time.I was impressed with how polite they were. I also noticed how very neat and clean.they were. I showed them where my electrical problem was. Or at least where I thought it was. One of them explained what they would be doing, where they would need to be working and approx how long the job might take. I very much appreciated this. Their work was totally completed to my satisfaction. I feel that I can refer Robert Bacter electric and his electricians without any hesitation.

Lisetta was her name I believe very sweet lady at the front. She helped us find our specific GE water filter in no time. I can always count on this location to have top notch employees that really care. Thank you all and I will definitely recommend this particular location from now on!

We had a great experience with Fitzgerald Electrical Services. They were quick, professional, diligent and respectful. Electrician Keith came out to our house to fix two outlets. He discovered that when the house was built the proper wiring was not done and worked hard to correct the issue. In addition, I appreciated that the owner called to let us know ASAP, when the original service time had to be moved. I highly recommend this company.

We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! Since the job was done we’ve have no issues and everything is now up to date and working great. Thanks also to Nick and the owner for coming out and inspecting and assuring us!

Shane did the prep work necessary to embed the electric connections etc inside my living room wall in the spot where my new Samsung Frame TV will be mounted. Even though twenty years ago the builder apparently used some unconventional framing techniques, Shane was able to problem solve and get the job done. This was my first experience with Denney Electrical Services, but after experiencing Shane's expertise and tenacity, it will not be the last. I was especially pleased with Shane's over-the-top efforts to be prompt, tidy, thorough, and honest. Plus, Shane generously took the time to make sure and share with me what and why he was taking the steps that he did. All that, AND he was a very kind, respectful and trustworthy young man!

I had several outlets and lighting that were not working for awhile. I was afraid of the cost and being taken advantage of, as they do most single women. My Electrician Justin was professional and honest. Justin explained exactly everything that was needed and what he was going to do. I will absolutely recommend Edge. The work is guaranteed. Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

If, by chance, you had hired this company to do some work for you, please be mindful that they could arrive either aggressively early or staggeringly late. Ironically, in either case, the cause might be due to the driver either successfully travelling from Moore toward Edmond through construction zones at ~80-90 mph without a collision, OR nearly causing multiple collisions on I-235 and I-35. To the owner, might I suggest not tailgating at 80 mph in a construction zone, weaving in and out of traffic during rush hour (sans signal, of course)? I sincerely hope your business practices are far better than your driving, which were staggeringly idiotic and irresponsible today.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, The Don, treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason i didnt completely cancel my order on the spot, and she's the only thing that saved home depot from receiving one star. I will not be placing any more orders with home depot from this point on. I will also be calling corporate to let them know how unsatisfied i am with their company. Im sure The Don could care less about the customer service he provides if it means he has to get up from that computer station im sure he sits at all day.
