Best Tub in Oklahoma City OK

This is an update of my experience with Passion Electric. Bo called me on the weekend after he saw my review and was very apologetic for not contacting me previously because he did not receive my request for a return call. I felt he was very sincere and disappointed that he was not notified about my call. As I said originally, I was pleased with the quality of the work and after his review of the charge I have confidence in his ethics and concern for his customers. I’m happy to change my original rating to five stars!

I called Passion Electric because of all the 5 star reviews and described my need for repair from a house inspection result. The electricians came and gave me an estimate of $597.55 and approximate 2 hours to complete the job. I thought this rather high, but with my limited knowledge of electrical issues and the need to make the panel safe, I stupidly agreed. They completed the job of rerouting wires and correcting the dryer breaker wiring in 45 minutes. I have no issue with the completed work but rather with the exorbitant price to complete a job with short labor time and few parts.
I called Bo, the owner to discuss my dissatisfaction and left an email but after almost two weeks have not received a return call or email. On the web site, Bo states he is a Christian. As a believer myself, I find it disappointing that Passion's business practices seemingly take advantage of customers' limited knowledge about electrical matters and their desire to be safe instead of completing a job with a reasonable profit and not taking advantage of the situation. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Do as I should have done if you do use them - get a second estimate.

I called and they showed up a couple of hours later because my AC had lost power! Found the right parts, did everything quickly and cleanly, explained everything to me, and got everything fixed and operating quickly. Definitely recommend!

Lisetta was her name I believe very sweet lady at the front. She helped us find our specific GE water filter in no time. I can always count on this location to have top notch employees that really care. Thank you all and I will definitely recommend this particular location from now on!

Made my problems electrical problem disappear. I attempted to wire a complicated switch in my home by myself. That didn't go well. Before I knew it the light in the bathroom was being switched by the switch in my office. Fitzgerald Electric got me sorted out in no time at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! Since the job was done we’ve have no issues and everything is now up to date and working great. Thanks also to Nick and the owner for coming out and inspecting and assuring us!

Very happy with the service today from electrician Tim. He knew right away what the problem was and was very professional. He also checked all the electrical components as a safety measure. He went above and beyond what he was asked to do.

Seth spent a day in our home moving multiple outlets and installing light switches. He was very professional, did an outstanding job, and the cost was very reasonable. His work went above and beyond our expectations. We are glad to have found him and will be calling for additional work in the future.

Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home. After speaking with him the first time, I knew I could trust him and that he cares for his customers. I contacted the owner and he was very nice. I explained my situation and he said he would call me back after he was done with his meeting. He provided me his cell phone so I could send him my information. This was around 9:00 a.m. I called several times around 2-4 using both the office and cell number but never could get someone to answer. The next day I called again and no answer. I used my work phone and immediately someone picks up the phone. They apologized and said they would look at the information I sent. They would be out at my property on Friday at 9. Nobody showed up and my phone calls were not picked up. I called the next week. I finally got the hint and left this review.
